Tony Arch has been part of the Financial Services industry for over 40 years, striving to help clients with both the simple and often complex financial decision-making faced at all stages of their lives, both in their personal needs as well as in their businesses. Paramount to this success has been building responsive and meaningful relationships with his clients to better help them not only with their current objectives, but also to anticipate and prepare for future needs before they are actually present. He joined the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States in April 1985. Predominately a life Insurance company at the time, he specialized in life insurance needs for family planning (DB and Estate Planning), and small (2-150 EEs) businesses (employee benefits, keyperson, buy-sell, split dollar, NQDC). In the early 1990s as Equitable transitioned to AXA-Advisors, his team pivoted toward retirement planning for small businesses and individuals, growing their market share in the 401k and qualified plan space, while at the same time becoming credentialed to offer fee based financial planning services. Committed to keeping updated with the tactical knowledge to address the needs of his clients, he earned the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2000, in 2006 he completed the Equitable At-Retirement program at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) to receive the Retirement Planning Specialist designation, in 2023 earned the Qualified Plan Fiduciary Advisor credential from the National Association of Plan Advisors, and will attend the new Wharton credential Wealth Planner Fiduciary Advisor in September 2026. In 2016-2018 he served on Equitable’s National Associate Forum as Chair of the Committee for Technology. In 2022 he began working with his current team, and helped to co-found Arden Wealth Partners, as an emerging firm in alliance with Equitable. Tony lives in Santa Clara, CA and is blessed with two children and four grandchildren.
